Pros

There's nothing good about being a slave here. Move out of this place as soon as you can

Cons

The worst experience of my life. All supervisors play favorites but here people go to extremes, no credit given for hard work, continue to give bad references to other potential employers not Allowing me to move on. They laid me off in the middle of pregnancy, HR follows no rules, legal department is the most incompetent I have ever seen, no support provided in insurance coverage after layoff, continue to say bad things about my performance, also the chairman intimidated other people who We're supportive or wanted to give positive references or help me Find another position. It feels like they are still in 1940s, pre civil war era where biases and poor treatment were normalized. One of the previous employees in the department committed suicide and yet there's no change

Pros

Best work environment I've seen in healthcare. Everyone is friendly and works together. They also have a fantastic residency program for new grads.

Cons

As every place, they expect too much from staff and you may not feel supported by management. However I will say that my opinion is colored by me working night shift.

Pros

Clinical staff were great, lots of skills to be gained, building is clean and spacious, in and outdoor seating for lunch, cheap insurance compared to other local healthcare organizations

Cons

30 minute lunch, only one microwave and two lunch shifts for entire office, have to use your PTO when they are closed for holidays and in my opinion you do not get much time the first 5 years, the office manager at that time (no longer there) was difficult to be around, same responsibilities and workload as LPN and RN with much less pay of course
