      They are very motivated to keep up their online appearance.

      Cons

      Once you're in the company, you're usually alright. But this is a typical ghost-job company that posts nonexistant jobs only to abruptly ghost applicants who apply to them.

      Host USA is your company If you want a facade of company culture and values,

      Cons

      They are high turnover for good reason. Management treats employees poorly and doesn't value them. They do not reward going above and beyond. Long hours? Too much on your plate? Doing your JD + 3 other roles because the company won't hire talent? "Take it on the chin"
