It has a very friendly environment for working and the helping nature of colleague is very good. However, if you are a fresher in Linux admin or red hat, then this company always welcomes to them with not bad salary package. Again, after three months you will get your first appraisal depend on your work performance. One more benefit which was very good for ambitious student was that you can join internship and also choose your flexible timing as it has a 24/7 support service.

Well this is very hard to find and as we all know every company has some good point as well as demerit is also their. However this company don't have a cafeteria system and also don't have a cab facility for employees but planning for the same.
