Pros

Free state-of-the-art Keurig Machines with many flavors of coffee and tea Free Soda Machine Free Snack Machine Free Breakfast (Cereal and an assortment of milk, dairy and non-dairy, always stocked) Awesome company parties BBQ's out back when the weather is nice Pool table! XBOX's in the break room TV's with Direct TV in the break room Very relaxed atmosphere as long as you are doing your job Bi-annual BONUS program!!!! (started when the economy went downhill) Employer cares about their employees Great benefits when compared to other companies (Dental, Medical, Vision, Insurance discounts, AFLAC, BJ's memberships (discount), Discount with Verizon Wireless) Tuition reimbursement! <-- includes certifications as well (A+, MCSE, VMWare, etc...) Always an ability to move up the corporate ladder. Casual dress (shorts in the summer) Many of the employees are friends outside of work Good balance of both female and male employees Wide range of knowledge so if you don't know something, chances are, someone else does and will teach you.

Cons

Pay might not be the highest, however, there is a bi-annual bonus which is always met to some level. Having to pay for a portion of health insurance (however is cheaper than other companies)

Pros

Great Benefits Break room stocked with food and drinks daily Fun work environment Lots of friendly employees (all willing to lend a hand) Newark office is in a great location (easy to find a place to go for lunch) Great company events and other money-making incentives Somewhat Flexible schedules Great starting pay This is a great place to start your journey down the path of working for a hosting company or just in the IT field in general. The company is loaded with intelligent employees and a knowledge base to help the new employees along. They want you succeed and give you the proper tools to do so. There are a lot of advancement opportunities that start within the company before looking for an outside source.

Cons

Commute/Traffic (driving the interstate to get back and forth, ~30 mins) Staffing can be an issue at times, which can lead to stressful days Customers can be a pain (that is in ANY customer service position)

Pros

Great benefits Free snacks, drinks, pool table, Wii and PS2 to play Hour long lunches Very loose dress and appearance code Long training period before working on the floor Nice equipment to work with (i.e. powerful computers, dual widescreen/flatscreen monitor setup)

Cons

Clickish environment VERY few females (If you are a female, you will QUICKLY get disrespected on the phone as the majority of the call center are males. Customers automatically assume you dont know what you are doing or are a secretary as soon as you answer the phone.) If you have a question, please already be techie, because your answer will come in the form of the most technical words the person can use. Your expected to get the caller information, analyze, and solve cases in 5 mins. Does not help if the person you are talking too barely knows anything about technology, but it is still put on you for being on the phone too long. Only a couple sick days Expected to be to work regardless or conditions outside. (I lived about an hour from the job and we had a blizzard where roads were being closed down. I was told I was still expected to work and had to go because I was still in my probationary period. I still have a scratch on my car from sliding at 8MPH and hitting a rail.) Management is selective in who they are cool with and who they push Some people dont do their share in their workload, as you take on cases and chats on an honor system. (I even mentioned this to management and nothing was done about it while I was there.)
