Meet people from all over the world, not stressful job Great staff and management, good vibes Get paid extra if you gain great reviews off guests Free club entrys and (sometimes) drinks Fun lifestyle (but not something permanent) You can work in different locations if openings are available
Cons
It takes up a lot of your time, and personal life You have to constantly chase guests for great reviews Apart from a hostel manager, there isn't really any way to climb higher
