      Dedicated, hardworking, and open minded people always doing their best to get their job done. International team with different perspectives to solving problems. Lots of effort to gain understanding and make an impact.

      Cons

      Since we are 100% remote, sometimes it is hard not to be together in person.

      Work from home 100%. Infinite flexibility, which as a parent is my utmost priority.

      Pros

      The greatest people and unbeatable culture. Very understanding. All remote which is helpful for travelers and digital nomads. Leadership is the best.

      Cons

      Some organizational issues. Communication can be a mess. Low (start-up) pay.
