Since joining the team in 2015 I have had the pleasure of contributing to this amazing team. The company culture is nothing less than outstanding. The Values are not something that are posted on a wall in the break room with hopes everyone will read and take from it what they will. The values are a common practice daily with an emphasis on teamwork, and open lines of communication that make this company what it is, and sets itself apart from all other companies in our business. With each new site acquired, you would think the growth causes compromise in communication within the company as it exists, and other sites may take the back seat. It is quite the opposite. With growth comes focus, and attention to detail. Hot Shots truly cares about their employees. The rewards and recognition program give each associate reason to excel and grow. The social media presence is great. Whenever there is a work anniversary, or a birthday, or even a death in the family...You always get a card signed from everyone. It is a classy company, with professionalism and values that are hard to come by these days. It is only a "Job" if you don't like what you do. I truly love this company, and Work is never a "Job" here.
