Pros

big foot print, great for networking for hotels and clients.

Cons

Terrible compensation no opportunity for growth no bonus for sales role questionable leaders (directors) with HR complaints but are still there. Micro managers a new project every few weeks, no ended to end execution. Terrible management which led all senior people to leave one by one. But surprise surprise ZERO accountability or care to look at root cause. If you think the merger was the worst part, you probably lived the nightmare after as well. The GM of the americas put people in leadership position that are not inspiring, micro manage and belittle their team, but I guess that speaks of the GM style of management.
