1. Hire and Fire Policy: Almost 70% of the Hotelogix workforce gets fired within 3 months of their joining date. They don’t care about their employees whatsoever. Luckily, somehow I managed to work there for a longer period as I went through a lot of role changes 2. Truly Unprofessional Senior Management 3. The HR Department is a Joke, they won’t do anything for the betterment of their employees 4. You won’t get your confirmation,Bonus,etc… anything on time. The Variable pay is a joke here, seriously, Good Luck in getting it ,if unfortunately, you happen to join this company. 5. Performance appraisal is horrible, even when you are high-performing, the pay hike that you are gonna get will be much less than of what you will be getting in a low-end job in a government organization 6. There is no PF policy in the company, both the contributions(the company’s as well as your contribution) will be deducted from your salary and there is no point in opting for PF in this company 7. Unless , you say “yes” to whatever the CEO says and/or close with the people who are close with the CEO, you won’t ever get recognized for your work 8. These people are happy to carry the “Startup “ tag, even though, you can’t ever see a sign of all the good startup culture that you find in other startups 9. “Career Growth: What is it?” : Well, that’s what you are gonna ask yourself after you join this company. There is literally no career growth for anyone who works for this company. Well, if you think the Cons that I posted here are too long to read, I have to warn you, Your duration of your employment in this company might become very short. Don’t ever think of joining this company even in your dreams. Run from this company as far away as possible. There are a lot of other companies where you can learn a lot ,have good career growth and good work-life balance.
