We invest in a leadership development program that aims to work on the skills desired at Hotmart, preparing them for the challenges of the company's growth and building high-performance teams. Our performance evaluation process checks the performance of these leaders in these same competencies. The gaps identified are worked on in feedback sessions with immediate superiors and in individual development plans (IDPs).
