Yearly company retreat, anonymous surveys that check in weekly to see how you feel about the job and your contribution very fair starting wages and quarterly bonus opportunities leadership really makes themselves available I’ve meet the CEO twice in less than 6 months and I’ve never meet a CEO for any company I’ve ever worked for so that really is extremely refreshing

The only con I have is that I wish that cross training was done after 6 months our so of you in your core position there big on keeping the queues clear, but a Patient will call and it’s something I can’t help with and I have to say I’ll get someone to call you back and now where playing phone tag with them

Toxic environment, poor communication, burnout, poor roll out of process changes, inadequate abilities to staff or hire, constantly in a reactive state of chaos - nothing is ever proactive to problems
