Poorly run organization - Anonymous employee Housing Connect Employee Review

Housing Connect is always looking out for the employee's best interests in terms of compensation, health insurance benefits, retirement, and work-life balance. It is nothing like working for a corporation, it is a housing authority working to keep people sheltered. The employees support each other in working toward that common goal and management ensures we have the right tools to do the job.

I have not had any significant issues come up and I'm on my 7th year. I know that any concerns i might need to bring up will be heard.

Helping the clients is Rewarding and fulfilling. It is nice to be apart of an agency that does amazing things everyday. We provide housing to those in need. Benefits are great. We have lots of hardworking and caring staff, We hold fun events and gatherings as an agency. Training and growth opportunities are available. The management team cares about the staff and the clients.

Lots to be done, but this makes the day go by fast and we never have a dull moment. We have fun while doing the hard fast paced work.
