The pay is descent due to lack of 401k and other retirement incentive. They make up it for with your salary and your insurance. Your insurance is 100% funded by the company.

The turnover rate is very high. Although the organization exist to help the homeless. The company morale is horrible. Longevity does not exist at Housing First.

Insurance is decent and entry-level jobs are easy to get - mainly because of high turnover and poor management.

Pay is good for new grads/entry level, but even substantial promotion doesn't pay enough for the work - which is not unusual at nonprofits. Terrible morale. Board of directors is unqualified and largely uneducated on the work the company does. Infighting, gossiping, slandering.
