Insurance is decent and entry-level jobs are easy to get - mainly because of high turnover and poor management.
Cons
Pay is good for new grads/entry level, but even substantial promotion doesn't pay enough for the work - which is not unusual at nonprofits.
Terrible morale. Board of directors is unqualified and largely uneducated on the work the company does. Infighting, gossiping, slandering.
