RN - Anonymous employee Houston ISD Employee Review

The district is full of small minded, ignorant, disrespectful people that make doing your job more stressful than it has to be. School administrative staff not necessarily supportive of the work that a nurse does and the time that it takes to see all of the children, in addition to the staff. The district inandof itself has a high turnover rate for nurses because of this. In my opinion, the "stuff" that you have to put up with makes the job not worth it.
