Pros
Being immersed in diverse populations has been a personal enriching experience. The flow of diverse humanity in my life has been invaluable to me professionally and personally. The steady work for 40+ years has provided a comfortable retirement.
Cons
Racism is at an all time high against whites and heterosexuals. Blatant and unforgiving misdeeds occur with no repercussions as minorities are bent on taking advantage of the "minority" status. Bending the rules to show favoritism to so-called "minorities" at the expense of whites.
