Stressful - Anonymous employee Houston ISD Employee Review

Administrators blame teachers for things that are beyond their control. Major discipline problems. There is not discipline beyond the classroom. Students abuse and threaten teachers daily. We are forced to give grades to students that are not even in the classroom. Worst decision was to work for HISD.
