Pros
Kids are awesome and from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. They are usually well behaved and appreciate the opportunity they were granted to study in the US.
Cons
They are subject to the same high stake tests that native speakers are, so it can be really unfair and frustrating for both the educators and students.
