Pros

Job started out great and making good commission Loved many of my colleagues Office perks were very nice

Cons

Commission structure frequently changing, leadership started making changes that put team in positions that felt unethical and used commission structure to pressure team to comply. Outside sales team would mislead customers to sign up and then when they got to our team and realized the reality of what they were getting in services/exposure it was up to us to save them or it was taken out retention commission.

Pros

Great learning environment. Great training. Amazing people. Benefits started on day one. Fully remote. I will say i came down with COVID-19 and had continued health issues that kept me from working for 4 months. They worked with me and I came back to be successful in the role. I loved my team and my immediate leadership. I think if you are straight out of college or want to try sales. They are a great place to cut your teeth

Cons

Base pay is barely above minimum wage here in Washington. Most of the people were working two jobs. Leads are not warm or cool. They are many times incomplete and ice cold. They also make you stay an SDR for a year minimum and changed the rules on the requirements to be promoted to AE on training classes the were a month away from their 12th month. To many mini meetings everyday. 3 per day is waaaay to much. While it breaks up the day it also messes with your call flow.
