Pros

The team at HowNow are genuinely some of the kindest, most hardworking, and empathetic people you’ll ever meet. It’s a supportive, collaborative environment where people look out for each other. Wind Down Fridays are a great perk—every Friday afternoon is set aside for you to focus on personal projects, self-development, or catching up on work, without meetings or interruptions. In Sales, you’re trusted to work in a way that suits you (within reason). There’s no cutthroat, hyper-competitive culture here. Everyone is working together towards shared success. Everyone wants everyone to win, and that extends to the wider teams too. If you’re hitting your targets, collaborating well with other teams, and putting in the effort, you’ll thrive. You’re not micromanaged. Autonomy and flexibility are part of the culture. If you’re someone who’s adaptable, enjoys creative problem-solving, and open to the pace and variety of a tech startup, HowNow could be a great fit. This is also the kind of place where you can grow beyond just your sales role—if you’re open to learning and wearing multiple hats, there’s real opportunity to broaden your skills. There’s clear progression in Sales, and hard work is genuinely recognised and rewarded by both management and the wider business. The commission structure is solid too.

Cons

As with any startup, there can be growing pains—balancing the pace of growth and development with workload is always a challenge. That said, the People team does a great job of listening to feedback and actively working to improve things. There’s a genuine commitment to evolving and making HowNow a better place to work as the company scales

- Like every startup/ young company we all have to adapt to changes fast or learn quickly - Including a 360 feedback or any other type of feedback process would be super helpful to everyone

Pros

Not a lot that can be listed. Multiple good reviews are based on internal push to add good reviews

Cons

Lot of them. Found the culture to be very dictatorial among the founders - they dont listen to anybody and blindly just go by what they hear from their favorites.
