Little old school in terms of tools.

The only pro is that I feel like my coworkers and I are trauma bonded for life.. oh and the free healthcare was nice.

One of the biggest cons and embarrassments of Howard Technology is the way this company operates. You have a company built on nepotism that trickles down to questionable management styles and unhappy employees. These people do not want you to succeed. And don’t even bother about asking for feedback or help, they will respond with " Work on your ____" Just fill in that blank with whatever sales metric is the flavor of that week. Management doesn't care about you or any problems you're experiencing in the slightest until it's too late. And then they will be pissed if you can't fix the issue you were dealing with. I believe Howard is a corporate partner for many surrounding universities. If you are a student at one of these schools, and are thinking about working this job post-grad or anytime in the future, PLEASE think again. You think it's a great opportunity now, but you’ll soon realize why they have such a high turnover rate. Do yourself a favor and find anything else.. I'm serious. There is nowhere to grow within this company. If they can keep you in that cubicle for the rest of your life, they will... Overall, this place is nothing other than a placeholder on your resume. You will leave every day feeling defeated, miserable, and hating your life. If you like yourself in the slightest bit DO NOT WORK HERE, or if you’re already there… LEAVE.
