Just another GC. They try to sell the small family outfit image but they’re no different. Got hired with the promise that they were moving to flexible PTO, which they haven’t done (and don’t plan on). They’ll also lure you in with free beer, a ping pong table and a golf net. Blatant lack of leadership. Four VPs but who really pulls the strings? There’s no vision and they’re disorganized. President won’t retire and uses the premises to hold his self-important “peer group/titans of the industry” meetings. He also decided a worthy use of company money would be to build a pickleball court in the storage space adjacent to offices. Meanwhile, they had to lay off some of the staff.
