Pros
You'll make a lot of friends while working there. There's usually at least a few people to spend time with on your breaks.
Cons
No opportunities for growth or increased pay within the company. Management operates irrationally and makes rash decisions on impulse, making the workplace unstable and reducing a feeling of job security to none. Employee turnover rate below management is ludicrously high and should reflect on management after so many years, yet the same people repeating the same mistakes remain in their positions. Also, it's impossible to get correct hours while going to school or working another job. There will be schedule conflicts, so don't work here when you have obligations elsewhere.
