Pros
1. The buildings are heated. 2. The company now actually complies with state law requiring detailed pay stubs be given to employees, rather than just one indicating pay for that pay period
Cons
I'd have to write a book. Pay is quite low with no raises, even after years of service; managers sell out clients and staff to polish their image with the state (and enjoy nice pay for doing so) and then complain that their staff need to stop thinking about their work conditions because "its all about the clients."
