Pros

HPI was a tight knit collaborative atmosphere. Employees treated each other well enough. Initially freedom to grow.

Cons

Massive organizational faults. Has been downsized as HPI became a part of a larger(SGC) corporate entity. Low wages, lack of resources to accomplish key tasks. Employee moral is non existent. Corporate heads more concerned with short term profit at the expense of investing in seriously needed resources. New President seems out of touch with employees. Massive Brain drain I all departments due to layoffs and resignations. Unable to land new business due all the structural faults. Constantly bandaging issues instead of addressing them head in . Shifting blame onto employees instead of addressing the heart of the matter. Massive Outsourcing of jobs.

Pros

Since the merger with BAMKO, I feel like I work at a completely different company! The culture is awesome and I really feel like I'm part of a team that appreciates me.

Cons

We have had some changes in process that has made things more efficient, but I would like to see more processes updated and changed now that we're part of BAMKO.

Pros

HPI has a flexible work schedule with a casual dress code making it a more comfortable environment. Co-workers are friendly and supportive; therefore irreplaceable. Another plus, you can listen to your music while you do your work. 401K, health, dental and eye insurance offered. Company willingly offered CPR and Active Shooter Training.

Cons

The work could bit a bit much sometimes making you feel you have to stay late or work at home in order to keep up with the work. Work/life balance leans more towards the work side. Also, the company has structural changes that required positions to shift.
