They pay the executive team so well that there is no money for the people who actually do all the work - then they expect the people on the ground to do better - bit hard when there is no training, no recognition and they are constantly making cuts. So much for Great Place to Work, its all a lie. Managers are too worried about trying to get a pay rise - super unprofessional discussing matters in front of staff. Complaining about the place yet they are the managers so why aren't they looking for solutions. Everyone in for themselves no team here.
