Pros
I worked at hub labels for almost 10 years. My biggest pros for hub would be: Employee focus: Over the years, hub shifted towards being a lot more employee-focused and implementing really outstanding work-life balances like an adjusted sick day policy and higher-ups that actively care about their teams. Those two changes alone made the work environment a lot better. Problem-solving: If an issue comes up, they work together to see how the problem started and ways to improve it. They work to not point the finger and blame others. Future Proofing: The president of the company is pretty focused on future-proofing the business and not falling behind trends or potential future business ventures. Even during tougher years, I knew I could trust the higher-ups to make good choices for the business and the employees. Overall, Hub Labels is a great place to work!
Cons
If you are someone that is looking for 100% remote positions, you may want to still apply but be aware that they like everyone to be in the office during the day. Salaries could also be a bit better.
