      Pros

      Remote, work from home availability is great.

      Cons

      Revolving door. At least 5 people quit and 1 let go due to poor leadership and old ways implemented within 1 years. Many old timers are backstabbers and set in their ways. Retaliation is their company culture and employees are miserable and constantly complain about the way they are treated. HR is not trained to handle anything and some of their employees have shady backgrounds. They don't conduct background checks pre employment and should. Stay away from this company. Many growing pains and is not keeping up with industry. CEO is kept in the dark about internal issues.

      Pros

      The company culture is relaxed and casual. They have summer BBQs out in the back parking lot, ice cream day and pot luck lunches. Management often allows jeans and shorts during the summer months. Management is fun they frequently joke around and only serious when they need to be. The company is a privately owned and is very family oriented. The employees are for the most part friendly and hard working.

      Cons

      Organizational structure appears to be lacking, all managers report to the President/CEO; there appears to be no Director titles. Promotions are very rare if not non-existent. If they do promote, it is not communicated. Unclear annual review process, raises are determined by the owners and does not include the opinion of their manager. Vacation policy is weak...max of 3 weeks regardless of how long you've been there!
