      Good blue prints,good welding machines,and good shop layout.

      Pros

      They ordered pizza for lunch every Thursday. Not sure if they're still doing it though.

      Cons

      Work load fluctuates but when it's high, it's really high. Management is quick to throw you under the bus for mistakes. Hard to get time off.
