Pros
If you want to be constantly deceived, exploited, and lied to about how well they're treating you, then this is the place for you.
Cons
-Micromangement: You have to keep track of everything you do at all times and report how many minutes/hours you spend doing that task. -Severely low pay: When editors in San Francisco asked for a raise, they hired in Portland/Salt Lake City so they can pay editors even less. -No raises: They never give raises. We fought for raises for 8 months, and everyone got a $1 raise after some serious stalling/lying on upper management's part to avoid giving us raises. They basically gave us $1 just to shut us up. - Heavy workload: I've said no when asked to do extra tasks, but my fellow colleagues who are not able to say no end up doing A LOT.
