Growing company, but not enough staff to meet needs - Anonymous employee Hubbell Power Systems Employee Review

This is a VERY lean company so be prepared to work extra hours. I didn't find that there was a strong work life balance. This could be a good opportunity for somebody who considers work their first priority and does not mind putting in long hours. There is high turnover at the location I worked at.
