      Pros

      Work conditions were good. Doing a lot of work out on the floor and not in the shop on 2nd shift. Over all good pay. Good but expensive insurance.

      Cons

      Politics and personal were a bit much. Getting off of second shift looked gloomy.

      Pros

      Great Culture and People: The team is young, energetic, and supportive. Managers are approachable and open to feedback. Opportunities to Grow: Hubble provides ample space to take on new challenges, work across teams, and contribute beyond your job title. Efforts and performance are recognized. Meaningful Impact: The work we do has real, visible impact on our clients and the broader construction ecosystem. It feels good to be solving real problems.

      Cons

      Staff Benefits: While the company culture is strong and performance-focused, staff benefits could be enhanced. Timeline Pressure: The fast pace and ambitious timelines can sometimes be stressful, especially during crunch periods.

      Pros

      Very friendly environment, the team is lean but very welcoming to ideas and does not gatekeep any information. Knowledge management/ sharing about the products and company at Hubble is one of the most efficient ones I have seen in my professional experience. The HR is very accommodating and efficient as well.

      Cons

      I had a very good expereince overall and as my time was quite short at Hubble, I dont have any cons to point out.
