Pros
Hubble Homes has become a great place to work. Although when I first started, Hubble was experiencing growing pains(like most other companies do during expansion). Hubble has grown leaps and bounds over the last year, not only from a business standpoint, but also from an employer standpoint. The culture is much improved, the quality of employees is better, and the overall feel and environment has gotten better. The pay is good, the benefits are amazing, and the people treat you with dignity and respect. The owner, Mr. Hubble, has come out of his shell and is a great leader, and very intelligent individual. Keep it up Hubble, we are climbing the mountain, and will soon see the world from the top!!!!
Cons
At times, it seems as though there is no clear direction, and communication has been an issue. However, with a few new additions to the team(great ones), the outlook has certainly brightened and looks promising for the future.
