      - Unpaid overtime and disregard for breaks. - Excessive workload and multiple “urgent” tasks without clear prioritization. - Lack of technical leadership, disorganization, poor communication, and almost no documentation. - Unfulfilled promises of interviews.

      Pros

      Continuous growth. Always improving products and services. Genuinely care about their employees. Family type atmosphere. Everybody is willing to help any way possible, never have had an "every man for himself" type of moment. Products and Services unique to the industry, gratification in knowing you are making an impact.

      Cons

      After being here 10 months I still don't have any cons about Hubtek. I left a 10+ year career in freight brokerage to come here, everything has been completely different and such a breath of fresh air starting with the ownership and the culture that has been built.
