Company culture is terrible - 'at all costs' Executive leadership is pathetic and shows no real care for its people. The way staff were treated at the start of the pandemic in early 2020 was shocking . Large-scale redundancies were handled with no duty of care and those who were left behind were forced to reduce their working days (and therefore were paid less) but the workload remained the same which led to burnout.
