Pros
* Good Pay * Working in the airport and networking with different people * Mostly solo work
Cons
* Because it's solo work, you'll have to call a manager to come relive you for the bathroom. Or if you have a problem, it's still going to take then an hour or more cause they are understaffed * There's one assistant General manager who will treat you like you're dumb and is very very by the book acting like this is a 5 star job * Long hours *Only one break that lasts 30 mins out of an 8 hour work day * Some people you meet can be very petty * the higher ups will come around to help or see what's going on for once in a blue moon until there is someone from corporate coming. Then, they want to be extremely strict on everyone about uniform policy and cleanliness of the stores to make it seem like they do their job. But in reality, they will sit on their butt all day and forget about problems if you were to call them about it * Their "Lyft Program" is really having to call the same assistant General manager at 2 or 3 in the morning so she can call you a Lyft on the company card. A good portion of my time there, she wouldn't answer or she would lecture me on what time I called her. I would have to pay for my Lyfts and they promised compensation and yet, I haven't seen a dime.
