Leadership has deteriorated significantly. What was once a good place to work has become an organisation consumed by constant cost cutting with little consideration for the people. Commercial decisions around client fees are unsustainable, employees are expected to deliver high-volume outcomes with ever-increasing workloads. Despite this, there are no meaningful pay reviews, bonuses, or meaningful recognition . Leadership is disconnected, with too many decisions appearing to favour internal politics over capability. Significant investment in technology has failed to deliver the promised benefits, while change is rolled out with little planning or support. Morale is at an all-time low, and the organisation feels like a sinking ship rather than a business with a clear direction.

Hudson Talent Solutions is in the middle of a major and very real transformation—from an RPO-first business into a global talent, advisory, and innovation company. For the first time, the strategy, leadership vision, and market shift are all aligned. The company is investing heavily in cutting-edge agentic AI, new talent intelligence capabilities, and future-focused solutions that put us years ahead of traditional players in the recruitment space. Over the past year, they have hired some extraordinary leaders, thinkers, and operators who bring both experience, energy and heart. Impact is already showing up in clarity of strategy, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and a more modern approach to problem-solving. The culture is also evolving in healthy ways. There is an honesty and transparency emerging that feels refreshing. People are encouraged to think boldly, question assumptions, and help shape the next version of this company. It’s a place where your ideas can genuinely influence the direction of the business. Definitely a company to watch!

Cons

Transformation is not easy. We’re undergoing change that isn’t just about this company. The change reflects a massive shift in the talent industry as a whole. That means some days will feel fast, complex, or ambiguous. Not everyone is comfortable with that, but for people who embrace growth and innovation, it’s an exciting place to be.

Good coworkers and great PTO.

Cons

There is absolutely no career advancement in this company, but they will give you more and more to do. There’s also no transparency- we went through a period of layoffs and eventually management just stopped saying when people would get laid off. The leadership also isn’t transparent about bonuses- they don’t even tell our managers how the bonus structure works so everyone is confused. However if you happen to get a bonus, it’s basically nothing. Bonuses are rare. The CEO is very tone deaf- brags about trips he goes on in townhalls while none of us are getting raises or advancements. The company just changed the benefits to be way worse. Management is also not trained well and will schedule quite a few meetings that are time wasters. Basically this company has gone down hill quite a bit.
