Pros
- The workers on the floor were amazing, they were always encouraging and supportive amongst each other. It truly felt like a family when we were actually allowed to speak to one another while at work. A handful that have been in the business 30+ years and would always advise me to "get out while I still could". I did, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. - The images that we were working on were fun and challenging, I enjoyed the creative aspect.
Cons
- No work/life balance (12-14 hour shifts / 7 days a week are what should be expected with a normal 8 hour / 5 day week thrown in every 4 months.) - Rude management, often will speak poorly and reveal personal information about staff members (gossip is very common among the female management) - Run like a factory, often you are taken off your break or lunch to get back to work. Any chatter amongst the workers is shushed by management on the floor. - Do not appreciate loyal hard workers, they take advantage of their willingness to get the job done by making them work longer hours.
