      Great Company, good manager, good colleagues.

      Cons

      One thing they could include for new hires is training sessions in the beginnings. That would be a good step to make them up to date on what and how the company works and about the policies.

      Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

      Cons

      Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
