Pros

If you perform you will be recognized. Very engineering centric work pace, very tight schedules during the product development and launch phase and very relaxed during the off cycle. Overall a very good place to work with room for your growth with creative ideas, good perks and reasonable time off policies

Cons

Could send employees to periodic system tools training and subject matter conferences. Very top heavy management, I anticipate a change coming in the next 3-5 years with a lot of the senior management retiring.

Pros

Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

Cons

Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.

It is valuable to receive your perspective on our workplace environment. Hearing that navigating professional connections can contribute to longevity is helpful to know, and we appreciate your acknowledgment of that dynamic. We also take your observations regarding business politics and how compensation aligns with work hours very seriously.
