Pros
They offer a full benefit package, which was nice. You receive allotted PTO days to use whenever you choose, once pre-approved by the Regional Manager. You are allowed to work independently with little supervision. Pay is initially on the low end as compared to other companies. But, if you work really hard and prove yourself, you have the opportunity for annual raises and bonuses.
Cons
You work under a lot of pressure and must be very good at multi-tasking in order to succeed. Expectations for individuals are very high with little help and/or assistance. Approval for issues or problems can be quite lengthy from the corporate office. There is a lot of politics involved at many levels. Often few speak for many and the few have pull that is not deserved or is misused. Promotions are limited.
