Pros
I did appreciate that the company made an effort to keep employees connected and engaged through remote work.
Cons
First off, the pay. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of companies that pay entry level employees the same wage or more than this company pays their leadership. There is clear favoritism among upper management and with the exception of just a few, most of upper management cares only about numbers and do not even attempt to pretend to care about the agents. Also warning: If you are taking phone calls and have a system error or issue, they will clock you out and not continue paying you until you are back on the phones, even if it is only 3 minutes. This company honestly has the worst employee retention rate I have ever seen.
