      Really good company to work for! Very tight know company and interested in helping you grow in the work place. Good salary and flexible working hours!

      Pros

      - The team were very welcoming - it was a lot more relaxing than most offices - We had lots of team building exercises

      Cons

      - I came in for a role and was treated more like a personal assistant and cleaner and when I didn't agree with it I was pushed out - very bad communication from management, often I was blamed for deadlines I didn't meet which I wasn't even told about - Management could feel very demanding and make you feel small and sometimes insult you with passive aggressive remarks
