At Humnize, we take both our ethical standards and our commitments to employees and clients seriously, and we would like to correct a few points for clarity:
Notice Period: The claim regarding a “2-week contractual notice period” is entirely false. As per our standard employment contract — which this individual signed — the notice period after probation is one month, not two weeks. We are happy to provide evidence of this to any interested party.
12-Month Placement Guarantee: This guarantee applies to our clients, not our employees, and is part of our commitment to delivering quality, long-term results. Drawing comparisons between client terms and internal staff retention is misleading and shows a misunderstanding of our business.
Retained Business: Retained work has always been a key part of our strategy and is not put “on the backbench”. In fact, we’ve consistently invested in long-term client relationships, which has been reflected in both client retention and satisfaction.
While we respect everyone’s right to share their experience, we expect fairness and accuracy, neither of which are reflected in this review. We remain proud of our approach, our values, and the positive reputation we’ve earned in the communities we serve.
