Brand recognition on CV in the Netherlands.

Cons

-lack of inclusivity for internal employees - limited awareness and accommodation for health related needs - management style lacks empathy and support, overtime is expected - one size fits all work expectations, no flexibility - communication from leadership is dismissive and unsupportive - performance feedback and contract renewals are unclear and inconsistent

Pros

The process with Hunkemoller was very clear, and I felt supported throughout the entire journey.

Cons

I would say it takes a bit getting used to Workday but it's a normal adjustment just like with any other platform.
