I had an extremely pleasant experience with the recruiter (thank you, Jeroen!) as well as with the onboarding process. I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.

Amazing office atmosphere, great colleagues and team work, lots of growth opportunities and great leadership locally.

Salary is not competitive and growth is limited in the local markets.
