Money money money! I have to write 20 words or more so hope this covers it, no more pros. Money!
Cons
No help guidance or coaching. If you are not in the click you are expendable. I was told we don’t get along so this won’t work. So professional I have never been treated with such disrespect in this industry. But it was the best thing that ever happened.
