Pros
Outside of IT it is a pretty decent company. Excellent for blue collar workers.
Cons
CIO is more concerned about his looks and his charms than he is about running an effective IT department. Director in charge of ERP (SAP) does not know anything, no eperience with SAP, no management exeperience. After 2 years he still cannot believe that someone actually offered him this job. Their of the shelf applications are a joke, do not use any basic functionality, all very disconnected.
