Absolutely the best automotive equipment on the market. The name sells itself in most automotive shops. You are your own boss. You set your own schedule.
Cons
Sales reps are independent 1099. As such, the company gives you very little guidance or assistance, and no loyalty at all if you screw up or don't make your numbers, even for very long term reps. No benefits.

I’m so sorry about your experience and appreciate the feedback. Our field reps value their independence and the vast majority meet or exceed their income goals. The average tenure and income of our reps is the highest in the industry, which is a true testament to the financial opportunity and support we provide. We put a lot of work into the tools and support our reps receive to be successful and our average rep income grows every year. We do regular surveys and use rep feedback to constantly improve our support. If there is something we can help you with, please reach out to your Manager or HR directly. We're happy to help!

Growing company. Culture is okay in a lot of departments but they can be strangely separated. Meaning - each department sort of has its own culture. Benefits are really good for the most part.
Cons
Career growth is not really a thing in a lot of departments. Its up to the employee to go on their own. Very few seminars, continuing education is offered by leaders. Company is moving toward little collaboration among those that aren't promoted. Operations system workflow apps are updating for each department but are separated. There's been a mass exit of long-term employees in leadership that are in their late 50s and early 60s.

Thank you for your review and comments. I'm sorry to hear you feel there isn't a lot of career growth, and we'd love the opportunity to discuss this with you in more detail. If you are referring to career development, the company offers many opportunities to build your skills through our in-house Learning Management System, instructor-led leadership development courses, and outside industry-specific conferences/seminars. Please reach out to your HR Business Partner if you're interested in discussing these opportunities in more detail. You are also correct, we've been very fortunate to have so many employees enjoy long tenured careers at Hunter, and a few of them have recently chosen to retire. We appreciate their many contributions to the company and wish them well in their next adventures.
