Cracking Company - Managing Director Hunterlodge Advertising Employee Review

Hunterlodge is a great mix of fun, friendly and talented people.. It is the most at home I've ever felt in a job since joining, and I have felt like I have been here so much longer than 4 months! It has a family vibe, small enough to know everyone, but also big enough that every day is different, and there is always so much going on - No time to be bored! Everyone is really approachable, super helpful, keen to help you learn and encourage you to be your best. Great culture and fun socials, lots of positive reinforcement when doing a good job - it really great place to be!

Some limitation to work flexibility at present, but this only relates to my role.

You learn so much at Hunterlodge. Since i joined, i was able to broaden my knowledge and learn different channels. Able to make the accounts as my own and make my own independent decisions which really benefitted me. Working extremely closely with other team members Recognition from the board and rest of the company with the brilliant work you done through our weekly Monday morning meetings. IPA training Flexibility Everyone is super friendly and is definitely the best place to work at.
