      Pros

      Huntress is an amazing platform with huge and dedicated customer base, and the company reflects the product. The people are friendly and willing to help, and the company is growing to the point that promotion opportunities are available for the folks who put in the work and succeed. Fully remote, benefits are solid, and the company is good about organizing in-person events frequently enough that you get to know your team as if you were in-person.

      Cons

      Pay is at market level or a little below in some cases, but equity grants are fair and reward folks who stick around.

      Pros

      Huntress has a strong mission, great people, and a genuinely supportive culture. It is a place where you can do meaningful work, move quickly, and have real impact. The team is collaborative, customer-focused, and full of smart people who care deeply about what they are building.

      Cons

      The pace can be fast, priorities can shift, and some processes are still maturing as the company grows. That said, those are normal tradeoffs for a high-growth company and part of what makes the work exciting.

      Pros

      This is literally the best product support in the entire world. We are super tight, super focused and we ALWAYS deliver. No only do we deliver we deliver with a 99% CSAT every year!! The security dept is also great. Our leadership from ELT to non ELT members genuinely cares about everyone in our dept. Everyone literally #GIVEASHIT about evreyone in security and in the entire company. SUPER proud and happy to work here and be a part of the hunt!
